I'm JAC, healer, guide, and fellow traveler on this journey called life, I juggle quite a few hats. First and foremost, I'm the reigning Queen in a 9.5-year partnership that Started in 2014 and fills my heart with love and joy. Oh, and did I mention I'm a proud dog mom to Duchess, my heart-stealing (and healing) cardiac-alert dog?
For the past 7.5 years, I've been on an illuminating journey of personal growth, always deeply connected to the source. being raised with a blend of energetic, holistic, and Religious influences, the true depth of these connections became glaringly clear when my health took another turn After Being diagnosed With Many Chronic Illnesses. This propelled me into a desire to heal on the most profound levels imaginable.
Flashback to a younger me, around 6 or 7, in a mystical office (Swan Song I believe) in Hot Springs, AR with my mom, having our chakras cleansed by a Local Native man. His energy was so potent that, in the end, he shared with my mother and me that my energetic connection and powers were unlike anything he had seen before. It took a couple of years into my healing journey to fully grasp the significance, eventually leading me to the enchanting world of Reiki, Sound Healing, Meditation, and Hypnosis.
Now, after witnessing mind-blowing results in my clients, I totally get what he meant. I'd love to revisit that sacred place in Hot Springs, but it's a cherished memory for now.
My venture into healing sparked from a deep-rooted desire to not only help myself but lend a helping hand. Certified Reiki Master Practitioner, Rapid Resolution Therapy Hypnotherapist (C. Ht.), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) Master Practitioner, Meditation Facilitator, Aromatherapist, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner (NLP) — yep, I've got quite the toolkit. And just to keep things spicy, I let you in on a little secret, I'm also a certified exotic dance instructor, weaving a bit of pleasure into my own healing journey.
Life threw me some curveballs, including the loss of 14 family members in 10 months (many in my life including my father as an infant) and wrestling with many rare health conditions. But in the midst of it all, I stumbled upon the transformative magic of Reiki and Rapid Resolution Therapy. No reliving painful moments here—I'm all about breaking cycles and clearing past traumas without re-traumatization. This aha moment fueled my mission to guide others on their healing paths.
With Glisten With Jac Sessions and Glisten Soulfully self-care goodies, I offer an array of tools to supercharge your self-care and healing journey. Leveraging techniques like Conversational Hypnosis, EFT, and Reiki, I'm on a mission to liberate minds from societal limitations. Internationally, and virtually, I'm there to make healing accessible wherever you are.
My big-picture goal? To genuinely Empower lives. Life is a gift, meant to be savored to the max, shaped by our unique abilities and desires. I'm here to be your compass and cheerleader as you journey towards a balanced and fulfilled state of mind.
